EXCHANGE POLICY:

An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only in the even the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer. All lawn sales, and custom orders are non-exchangeable.

RETURN POLICY:

All orders are final, and non-refundable, but you can exchange in an event where an incorrect item has been mailed to you. We can only exchange the purchased items subject to product and size availability. Any exchange/returns should be brought to our notice with one-week of the receipt. Any claims made afterwards would not be honored.

REFUND POLICY:

In case you alter your mind about any product/apparel purchased on our website you can return or exchange them with us (except any item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons) within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, provided the product/apparel are unworn and unwashed (and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up or other stains); the apparels have all labels attached and are returned with correct dispatch and order information.
We will refund the price that you paid for the Items taking into consideration any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the Items. The delivery charges will be paid by the customers. All refunds will be made to the account from which the payment was made. Please allow us 12-14 days to process your refund.
In case of exchanges we will inform you once we receive the returned item and will dispatch the exchanged item as per our delivery policy. The customer can exchange the apparels ordered for any other item of same or higher price. The delivery charges to be paid by the customers.

The above does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that this policy only applies to Items you have purchased on the Site. For Items purchased from Other Sources, you will need to check the returns policies of the applicable source.
